The Directed Mind™

An 8-week journey

 The Directed Mind™ is an 8-week transformational coaching experience for people who are tired of overthinking, self-sabotaging, second-guessing themselves, and feeling disconnected from their purpose. Together, you and I will uncover the unconscious beliefs, emotional patterns, and internal narratives shaping your reality so you can stop repeating the same cycles and begin creating intentional change.


Through awareness, story healing, and aligned action, you'll gain clarity on who you are, what you value, and the person you want to become. By the end of the program, you'll have greater self-awareness, genuine confidence, emotional steadiness, and a clear path forward. Most importantly, you'll learn how to consistently take action that reflects your values and vision, allowing you to consciously step into your role as the director, screenwriter, and main character of your life.


Transformation doesn't happen in isolation. As a member of The Directed Mind™, you'll also become part of an exclusive community of individuals committed to their own growth. Throughout the program, you'll have access to weekly live group Zoom coaching calls where you'll gain new perspectives, celebrate breakthroughs, and learn alongside others on a similar journey. Between sessions, you'll receive ongoing support through voice messages, helping you stay accountable, navigate challenges, and continue moving forward with confidence.

Identify dominant thought patterns, emotional loops, and internal narratives.

Week 2: Story: The Narrative You’re Living From

Uncover outdated stories formed from survival, conditioning, or past experiences.

Week 3: Identity: Who You’ve Been vs. Who You’re Becoming

Clarify self-concept and where misalignment is creating resistance.

Week 4: Values & Standards

Define personal values, boundaries, and internal standards that guide decisions.

Week 5: Emotional Regulation & Self-Leadership

Learn how to respond rather than react when emotions are activated.

Week 6: Discipline of Thought

Strengthen intentional thinking without suppression or force.

Week 7: Integration: Choice in Real Time

Apply new awareness to daily decisions, relationships, and habits.

Week 8: Direction: Moving Forward Aligned

Solidify tools, insights, and a clear internal compass for what’s next.
