Each session is a guided space for clarity, reflection, and realignment. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are intentionally designed to meet you where you are mentally, emotionally, and energetically.
We usually begin by grounding into the present moment and identifying what matters most today. You may reflect on questions such as:
Once we define what “success” looks like for the session, we move into deeper inquiry. The questions are open-ended and intentional, designed to help you uncover what’s beneath the surface rather than rush to quick fixes.
Throughout the session, I may offer reflective prompts, reframes, or grounding tools to help you step out of autopilot and into awareness.

We begin with methods that can help you uncover who you truly are beneath the noise, conditioning, and survival scripts. I use a blend of methods and modalities because no single approach resonates with everyone. This journey is deeply personal, and your path won’t look like anyone else’s. Whether it’s story work, energetic alignment, or reflective prompts, each session is uniquely guided by what you need most in the moment.
If you want, we start with a snapshot of your astrology chart which can be a portal into your energy, patterns, and purpose. This can give insight into your core energetic strengths + life themes, what holds you back energetically (and how to shift it).
Next, we explore your inner landscape through a personality snapshot (Human Design, Enneagram, Models of Wellness or custom blend). This helps us understand how you process emotion + decision-making, where you self-sabotage, and why and how to move through resistance in a way that works for you. You’ll also complete a few quick reflections to share what’s been feeling “off” and what you’re truly calling in.
Using your chart and profile, I tune into your energy and story and identify where you may be out of alignment, the beliefs running on repeat, the frequency you’re currently moving in, and what needs to shift. This helps us work smarter, deeper, and more intentionally from the very beginning.
While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions through clinical models and past-focused exploration, my work is centered on stepping into alignment with your desired future. I don’t treat or diagnose but rater guide.
