WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions

Each session is a guided space for clarity, reflection, and realignment. Sessions typically last 60 minutes and are intentionally designed to meet you where you are mentally, emotionally, and energetically. 


We usually begin by grounding into the present moment and identifying what matters most today. You may reflect on questions such as:


  • What’s been coming up for you since our last session?
     
  • What feels heavy, unclear, or unresolved right now?
     
  • What story is playing on repeat in your mind?
     
  • What would feel like a meaningful shift by the end of this session?
     

Once we define what “success” looks like for the session, we move into deeper inquiry. The questions are open-ended and intentional, designed to help you uncover what’s beneath the surface rather than rush to quick fixes.

Questions You May Explore

  • What is the cost of staying where you are?
     
  • What becomes possible if something shifts?
     
  • What are you currently tolerating that no longer aligns?
     
  • Why does this matter to you now?
     
  • How does this align with who you are becoming?
     

Throughout the session, I may offer reflective prompts, reframes, or grounding tools to help you step out of autopilot and into awareness.

Tools We May Use

 Depending on your needs, we may explore exercises such as:


  • Identifying patterns in your inner narrative
     
  • Clarifying your core values and personal standards
     
  • Scaling emotional impact (e.g., “On a scale of 1–10…”)
     
  • Visualizing alignment: who you are with this shift in place
     
  • Reflective writing or story-based prompts
     
  • Energetic and mindset reframing practices
     

My role is not to give you answers, it’s to help you hear your own more clearly, challenge limiting narratives, and reconnect you to your inner authority.

Your Role in the Work

Your Role in the Work

Transformation happens through presence and participation. While I guide the process, you are the one doing the healing and becoming. 


To get the most from our work together:


  • Show up open, honest, and curious, even when it feels uncomfortable
     
  • Take responsibility for your growth rather than outsourcing it
     
  • Define what alignment and success look like for you
     
  • Allow yourself to be vulnerable in exploring fears, blocks, and desires
     
  • Integrate insights through action between sessions
     
  • Reflect, adjust, and evolve as awareness deepens
     

Consistency, honesty, and self-reflection are what create lasting change

How to Prepare for a Session

Set an Intention

Give yourself 10–15 minutes before your session to arrive intentionally.


Before we meet, take a moment to reflect:


  • What feels most present or pressing right now?
     
  • Where do I feel stuck, reactive, or disconnected?
     
  • What growth or clarity am I seeking?
     
  • What progress, even small, can I acknowledge?
     

If you’re unsure what you want to work on, that’s okay. Clarity often emerges through the conversation, not before it.


You might begin with statements like:

  • “I’ve been feeling overwhelmed and disconnected lately.”
     
  • “Something personal has been affecting how I show up.”
     
  • “I don’t know exactly what I need, I just know something feels off.”
     

That is more than enough to begin.


Mindset Before We Meet


Your mindset shapes what you receive. Come as you are, whether calm, emotional, frustrated, or unsure. There’s no need to “have it together.” Awareness begins with honesty.


Before the session, ask yourself:

  • Am I present, or mentally scattered?
     
  • Is there resistance showing up, and what might it be protecting?
     
  • Can I soften, breathe, and allow space for discovery?
     

This work is not about perfection. It’s about curiosity, self-leadership, and conscious choice.


Practical Setup


To honor the depth of the work:

  • Choose a time when you won’t feel rushed or distracted
     
  • Find a quiet, private space where you can speak freely
     
  • Silence notifications and interruptions
     
  • Have a journal or notebook nearby for reflections or insights
     

This is time you’ve set aside to reconnect with yourself, protect it.


Alignment Discovery (Premium)

We begin with methods that can help you uncover who you truly are beneath the noise, conditioning, and survival scripts. I use a blend of methods and modalities because no single approach resonates with everyone. This journey is deeply personal, and your path won’t look like anyone else’s. Whether it’s story work, energetic alignment, or reflective prompts, each session is uniquely guided by what you need most in the moment.


 

Astro Insight Portal


If you want, we start with a snapshot of your astrology chart which can be a portal into your energy, patterns, and purpose. This can give insight into your core energetic strengths + life themes, what holds you back energetically (and how to shift it). 

 

Inner Architecture


Next, we explore your inner landscape through a personality snapshot (Human Design, Enneagram, Models of Wellness or custom blend). This helps us understand how you process emotion + decision-making, where you self-sabotage, and why and how to move through resistance in a way that works for you. You’ll also complete a few quick reflections to share what’s been feeling “off” and what you’re truly calling in.


 

Intuitive + Energetic Reading


Using your chart and profile, I tune into your energy and story and identify where you may be out of alignment, the beliefs running on repeat, the frequency you’re currently moving in, and what needs to shift. This helps us work smarter, deeper, and more intentionally from the very beginning.

How My Work Differs From Therapy

While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions through clinical models and past-focused exploration, my work is centered on stepping into alignment with your desired future.  I don’t treat or diagnose but rater guide.


I help you:


  • Identify subconscious stories, survival scripts, and emotional patterns
     
  • Shift limiting beliefs through mindset work
     
  • Create real-time action steps rooted in self-trust, not fear
     
  • Step into the version of yourself who already has what you desire
     

Where therapy might explore why you feel stuck, I help you shift your inner dialogue and frequency so you stop being stuck. It’s not either/or. My work can complement therapy beautifully.
