There was a time when I did not trust myself. I stayed in situations that were hurting me, ignored what I knew, and slowly became disconnected from who I was. As a young mother without a clear roadmap, I felt the pressure to hold everything together while privately trying to rebuild myself.
Before becoming an author and coach, I built a career as a DJ and sound engineer. I was booked, busy, and beginning to receive the opportunities I had worked toward. From the outside, it appeared that I was living my passion. Then, when my daughter was three years old, I was offered a major career opportunity, and nothing in me wanted to leave her.
That moment forced me to confront a difficult truth, I had become highly skilled at building a life that looked successful without asking whether it still felt aligned with who I was becoming.
I began questioning the scripts I had inherited, the identities I had performed, and the decisions I had made from fear, conditioning, and external approval. I started rebuilding my life more intentionally, one belief, boundary, decision, and action at a time.
My work is grounded in both lived experience and more than a decade of supporting women and young people through periods of change.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy from the University of Oslo, where I studied education, developmental psychology, human development, motivation, communication, learning, and the environments that shape who we become. My background as an educator taught me how to recognize patterns, ask meaningful questions, explain complex ideas clearly, and help people turn awareness into action.
As a mother, educator, author, and mindset coach, I bring those skills together with story work, honest reflection, intuitive insight, and practical accountability.
I have seen the same underlying patterns appear in many forms: women overriding their intuition, waiting for someone to become who they have never been, confusing hope with evidence, abandoning themselves to preserve a relationship, and continuing to organize their lives around someone else’s behavior long after the relationship has ended.
The details may differ, but the loop is often the same.
The Mind Healer does not represent perfection or the idea that a “healed” person never feels anger, grief, fear, or uncertainty. To me, a healed mind is a directed mind.
It is a mind that can recognize the story playing on repeat, question the beliefs beneath it, and choose a response that supports the life you are trying to build.
My approach moves through three foundational shifts:
I teach mothers to understand their rage, extract the lesson, and redirect the energy.
Because the energy spent monitoring him, reacting to him, explaining him, and replaying what happened is the same energy that could be building your body, your confidence, your creativity, your business, your purpose, or a life that finally feels like your own.
That is what it means to turn pain into profit: to create something valuable from what was meant to break you.
My role is not to tell you who to become or to make decisions for you. It is to help you recognize the patterns you may be too close to see, hear your own truth more clearly, and take action from self-trust rather than fear.
Through my book, Are You Tired of Hating Your Baby Daddy?, and my signature coaching experience, Rage to Rebirth, I guide mothers through the journey from rage to reckoning to rebirth.
You do not have to navigate that journey alone, and you do not have to remain defined by the version of you who did not yet know what you know now.
Your pain may be part of your story. It does not get to write the ending.
